If unforseen circumstances create a new project scenario — and the creative brief changes direction — we start with a revised brief. You own all the work completed up to that moment. When the brief is revised a change in your original quote may be required.

Getting and staying in touch.

Most clients prefer to work via email, courier and occassionally by fax. I am always available to speak to you by telephone.

Material is usually sent via email, and corrections, changes, and approvals are received by email. Files are generally prepared in MSWord, or delivered as Adobe Acrobat .pdf’s.
